Dear NPBA member,
Our Championship Show is quickly approaching and to produce an event of this magnitude, it takes the help of many people, members, sponsors, vendors, volunteers, and exhibitors.
We have many devoted NPBA members who always spend countless hours organizing this show. However, we need every member to step up and take part in our efforts. Everyone has the opportunity to print a copy of "Our Letter to a Sponsor". Each letter contains information explaining levels of sponsorship for the NPBA Championship Show. We encourage everyone to take a little time and visit a prospective sponsor. Also note, any contributions to the show will be greatly appreciated.
Also, the NPBA welcomes all vendors to the Championship Show on June 29-July 1, 2012. Remember, vendors are a very important asset to any show. A $25.00 fee for booth rental. We want and need vendors of all kinds so please encourage someone you know to be a part of our event and have exposure to many contestants, horse owners, and visitors. There is also a printable copy of "Our Letter to a Vendor" you can use to present to any vendor wishing to participate.
Please remember this show is about and for all of us who love the competition of our sport. We and only we can make it a successful and fun event. Every member can help in some way, so we ask you to volunteer just a little time and get involved. Our success really does depend on you and me.
